I’m not here to fix you.

Because you're not broken.

The medicine isn’t out there.
It’s inside of you, waiting to be heard.
My multidimensional approach bridges the gap between symptoms and the underlying emotional, nervous system, and behavioral patterns that drive them.

I’m Eva,

a psychosomatic guide, fascia release therapist and space holder,

I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease (GBS) at age 14. That was the first time I've spent 4 weeks in the hospital. Overall I've spent about 3 months in hospitals due to flare-ups. I've suffered years of inflammation. Irregular periods. Chronic hip pain, back pain and bloating. Leaky bladder issues. Skin conditions that came and went without explanation.

Symptoms that made no sense to doctors. Blood work “normal.” Tests clear. So I went from doctor to doctor looking for answers— and mostly received pills, creams, and more confusion. I turned to alternative practitioners and spent thousands on treatments. Protocols. Promises. Some things helped but nothing seemed to bring sustainable change. I know how exhausting this feels. The confusion. The self-doubt. The quiet fear that maybe this is just how it is now and that I have to just live like that. I know what it’s like to feel betrayed by your own body. To constantly wonder what’s wrong with you. To be told to “just take the pills” while your system is clearly asking for something deeper.

I also carry early trauma in my body. I was born in Brazil and immediately separated from my biological mother at birth. I've never met my biological father. I got adopted by Germans and grew up there. My father left us when I was 10 and my mother died when I was 31. My system learned fear before safety. I lived in functional freeze for many years of my life.
The fear of loss and abandonment was so intense that receiving love and closeness felt insanely dangerous to my system which had me become an avoidant. And that played itself out in all sorts of relationships. I carried rage. Deep-seated Grief. Ancestral Guilt. Shame around Identity.

There was a time when I found meaning in yoga. In meditation. In fasting, biohacking, diets, protocols — anything that promised to 'fix' my body and 'get rid' of the symptoms. I was rigid. Disciplined. Committed. Devoted. And still, I was fighting myself. I didn’t realize it then, but even in all that “healing attempts” I was working against my body — not with it. I treated my body like a problem to solve, a system to optimize, something to control into compliance.

What I couldn’t see yet was that my body wasn’t resisting me. It was working for me. Protecting me. Speaking on my behalf. The symptoms weren’t failures. They were precise intelligent signals from a system that had learned to survive without safety. That realization changed everything and eventually led me to the work I do today. I’m not offering you a theory. And I’m not selling a concept. I’m offering you an embodied path I’ve walked myself.

I work as an experienced space holder — grounded, present, and deeply familiar with early, ancestral, and developmental trauma. I have a refined pattern recognition across the body, nervous system, and biofield, and I trust intuitive perception not as something mystical, but as a trained sensitivity that supports precise, ethical work. I don’t work on you. I work with you.

Because I know from my own journey what it means to meet the places that were never safe enough to be felt — and how much patience, attunement, and humility that requires.

My work is shaped by years of study and lived practice with various mentors in the field, including David Manning (Emotional Release Institute) and his team, Eva Hooft, Dr. Laura Petkunaite, Ilan Stephani, Maria Alfieris, Tiziano Sguerso and the amazing Human Garage team. But more than anything, it’s shaped by experience — by listening, failing, unlearning, and learning again inside my own body. That's why I hold space the way I do. Clear. Precise. Grounded.

I’m not here to make you whole. I’m here to guide you back to the wholeness that already exists within you. The one you just forgot about.

This is what makes my work different.

I’m not a coach. I’m not here to talk through your patterns or dress them up in better thoughts - you've done that. I’m also not here to help you bypass your pain. I’m here to help you meet yourself fully, honestly, in your body, beyond the stories and narratives, so the pain no longer has to run the show.

My approach is highly intuitive with surgical precision. It’s grounded in science and held by unconditional human presence.

This work is not about learning more.
It's about unlearning everything that's in the way of your potential.

How we work together.

I’m here to help you access, witness, process and integrate what lives underneath the symptoms, the stories, the behavioral challenges. Your nervous system responses, emotional and ancestral imprints, and subconscious patterns shape every decision, reaction, and experience long before you think, choose or "decide".

That’s why my work goes way deeper than the usual surface level approaches.

  1. We go beyond cognitive understanding. Insight helps but insight alone doesn’t rewire patterns. Change happens when the body is involved—where stress, protection, and survival strategies actually live.

  2. We address the root cause of symptoms, not just manage them. Because beneath the symptoms, the pain, the tension - the body is always speaking. We're not here to override that intelligence. We're here to listen to and trust it again. To trust the signals. To trust the wisdom. To trust the part of you that digests your food, beats your heart, and rebuilds your cells in silence - every single day.

  3. We work on systemic and quantum layers because you don't exist in a vacuum. You don’t operate in isolation. Neither do your symptoms or patterns. We explore how you relate to your personal and work environment, your family of origin, the collective and yourself because symptoms make sense in context.

  4. We incorporate emotional release because talking is not feeling. Naming emotions isn’t the same as moving them. We explore what’s been suppressed, contained, or pushed through to finally complete its cycle and the system can come back to homeostasis.

This is where healing happens.
Not from the outside in
but from the inside out.

Not just on one layer.
but on ALL the layers of the body - visible and invisible.
Tangible and subtle.
